For the person who was looking for a video of Novim's Nightmare, there was one filmed at the Chicago concert. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRcmOu_GKcc(Thanks to the On The Road To Find Out facebook page for this link. I had not seen a clip of Novim's Nightmare yet, and this one was wonderful. I always appreciate the great links that you share! Salaam.)

Can anyone tell what Cat Stevens poster was part of the stage setting, behind Yusuf, during this tour. Some kind of advertisement... Ovation, perhaps? It's making me nuts because it's so familiar (from back then...) Thanks in advance....

It was the old poster wearing the #33 jersey. That's the only one I can remember.

Hey Everyone, Tiffany here! Just played Yusuf singing "Novim's Nightmare" from his 1975 album of "Numbers. Nice song, but can't really say it's one of my favourite songs, though. I do think "the Land Of Free Love & Goodbye is a nice song, with very meaningful lyrics in it, and very ideal for the zither. Of all the songs by Cat Stevens, every song he wrote in those days, became epics, including my faves, such as Maybe You're Right, Trouble, Katmandu, Don't Be Shy, Where Do The Children Play, and so the list goes on.
Listen out for renditions of my songs with my zither.
Sweet peace Tiffany😊

I'm talking about the one directly behind him, you can even see it on the youtube videos.... YES M. that's the one in the photo you have circled.

There were different posters at the different venues. Unfortunately I can't read the text either...

Saw him do Mona Bone Jakon in Chicago. Surprised about that song and Boy with a Moon and Star. I would have bet money that would have never happened. Change of life? I'm surprised he did Mona Bone Jakon, too. He didn't perform it in Boston, and I kind of doubt he will in London, which I'm also attending. I was surprised about Boy with a Moon and Star in Boston. But, once I thought more about it, it makes sense. Just before singing that song in Boston, Yusuf said "This didn't happen." And he started to say something about the song being 'prophetic' (I think that's the word he used), but cut himself short. When he performed in Philly, his Instagram post said "Philly, after many years, got the Boy with the Moon & Star." A crescent moon and star is often considered a symbol of Islam. So, here's Yusuf, promoting Love ("is all he said"), as a Muslim. So, the song is prophetic and he is the Boy!

I loved that he did Mona Bone Jakon(in the States) it is such a robust song to say the least and well it could be and hopefully is literally and figuratively having that "zest" ahemm for life and love heart again!! as for The Boy with The Moon and Star on his Had I've always been a believer that once Yusuf really got the meaning of the song for himself he would sing it again. I just had this feeling we were going to get it this tour and we did !!!! I've mentioned that the song is for me about a Boy who is on his way to a wedding that probably was arranged for him being that he was not really enthusiastic on going and he was late for because he meets the gardeners daughter and they lay by the holy magnolia tree..and then, as he is at his wedding he is thinking about the girl who gave him something that his heart could not forget.. True Love. not the marriage he was running for more than likely prearranged with all the wine and cider abound and greek music playing for a few bars .... and when the baby is born ..Love is all it said . For me it signifies true love ..not to settle and make choices that might not be good for oneself or go against what one has lived life by ..by ones heart. also the moon and star is Byzantine originally then Indian then Islam .. so it really moves around.. I think of it as a byzantine symbol from its origin ..

It's just so thrilling to see our Cat Stevens back in the spotlight once again. He's traveled this earth with music, that has brought us here to lift our hearts and souls of a generation. When I first heard him in 1972, the sound of the tone in his voice, gave me an uplifting feeling of emotion. Songs that he wrote during the 70s were very meaningful, including 'Moonshadow, The Blackness Of The Night, Wild World, Hard-Headed Woman,, and so the list goes on! Let's hope he sings his old music when we see him perform this November
Sweet Peace Tiffany😊😎😊
