I'm just going to wait until it is in my local store. The last time, when the Majikat DVD came out. I pre-ordered it, but it was in my local store before I got it in my hands. So this time I will just make a short trip to my local store the day it comes out.

So this time I will just make a short trip to my local store the day it comes out. Normally, I would do that, but I don't want to take a chance that Hairy or I or BOTH of us will be called in to work that day. Since I don't drive, I depend on Hairy for transportation, and if he is called in to work on that day, I will have to wait longer to get it. I just need a little reassurance, that's all, and I ordered with one day delivery. Peace,Vivian

So this time I will just make a short trip to my local store the day it comes out. Hehehe, I'll go you one better, Christine. I've every intention of popping into Newbury Comics at midnight the evening before the release date to pick up my copy. (I only do this for two artists: Mr. Bowie and Mr. Islam.) -Joanne

Midnight... Ummmmm... Yep,Joanne, you have me beat. I will wait until the stores open the next day.. could even be later in the evening by time I get my act together, to go to the store..hahaha I'm always a procrastinator in the mornings. Let us know what you think, since you probably will be the first to hear the cd.

Problem is I'd have no way of getting to the store at midnight, being that Hairy's the driver, LOL

Well, I put the photo in photo editor & cranked up the 'brightness', making the image at the bottom more defined & the cup more indistinct & guess what?
I still don't know what it is ;D
It sort of vaguely reminded me of the drawings in the Numbers' book though.

If you type in Yusuf on amazon.com then you'll see a slightly alternate cover art, awful!!!! It's just the same except the cup is bright pink, I think it must be a mistake, hope so, the cover is so nice this would really ruin it!

Polydor will release a De Luxe version. Here is the info from Amazon UK
Album Description Co-produced by Yusuf and Rick Nowells (whose credits include Madonna, Rod Stewart, Dido and the Corrs) the album includes the stunning lead single `Heaven/Where True Love Goes' which shares the same rich voice with classic albums like `Tea For The Tillerman and `Teaser And The Fire Cat'. Other new songs include soon to be classics like `Maybe There's A World' and `One Day At A Time'. There is also a lush cover of `Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood'. `An Other Cup' is a welcome return for one of our greatest singer/songwriters. This special edition CD album is housed in a 44 page illustrated hardback book
I hope Atlantic will do the same.

Just visited amazon.com/uk. It looks like they only ship to UK addresses. Anyone know about this? I agree, I hope Atlantic does the same. I'd rather have the Deluxe version, and I'm sure the rest of us would too!

I know we are not supposed to discuss politics or religion here, but I would like to point out to the fans here that in addition to dark green, those are the colors very often seen in Muslim countries. Very subtle. Good going, Br. Yusuf!
