Forgive me for being off topic (I'll put this is the Assortment forum when I get the chance) but Vivian, how do you manage to be a vegetarian if your husband isn't? I really want to cut out meat, but not for my children, and my ever-loving doesn't seem interested. So, how to do it, without cooking 2 separate meals? Well, if he wants meat, at home, he fixes it, himself! I won't touch meat, AT ALL, with the exception of the cat food, which is dry! I've been one for almost 14 years, now! Peace,Vivian

Aha! That explains a lot! ;D I wouldn't mind fixing the meat for my family, but my problem is, once it's cooked, it smells good. I have precious little will-power! Well, one can always hope for the future!

According to info at RAH they have a Victoria Room Brasserie inside RAH which is open 2 hours before performance - could this be a possible meeting place ?

I'm just about ready to leave for the airport, however our weather is NASTY, SERIOUSLY NASTY. Gonna be an ugly plane ride. I'll be checking for the barf bag first thing. This wind is awful. My power has been flickering all day.
The fun's about to start ;D

LOL, DJ! I tell Hairy it must be my vegetarian diet! Since he gets the flu, so often, and I DON'T, he is starting to believe me! YEP, I am the only vegetarian in my family, and the only one who hasn't had the flu in YEARS! Peace,Vivian Vivian, I've been vegetarian all my life, but it hasn't had the same effect on me. I think I'm just living in the wrong climate, hmmm, Florida sounds good!

Turan That reminds me of a Jackie Chan movie I saw recently...I don't remember the name of it. For some reason Jackie was running through the streets of Malaysia with no clothes on trying to hide from bad guys. He finds this long white sheet thingy hanging down from a pole so he grabs it and in just a few turns wraps the thing around him several times, then whips the rest over his head and instantly he looks like a Muslim woman wearing niqab. It was so funny! When I read your post I had visions of these gals doing this, lol... ;D

LOL, I haven't seen that Jackie Chan but I think we are thinking along the same lines.
I just hope they don't spray paint MAJICAT on the sheets. Some might rub off on the seat cushions of Yusuf's SUV. ROFLMAO.
I hope Kim is sleeping.... DJ feels better... Fuss, fuss, Turan spelling growl

I assume you will be arriving in a group. I'll be in Row 7 with my husband, seats 4 & 5 ;D, hopefully we'll get a chance to meet before the concert starts.

The concert is tonight!!!!! Can't wait!!! We talked to Zain Bhikha and he said we were in for some beautiful music.
Turan, I finally got some sleep Saturday night. Tried to sleep on the plane from Seattle Thursday night - no use. Tried to sleep at Coll's house on Friday, no use. Tried to sleep on the plane from Boston to London Friday night, no use. Kinda reached max need of sleep in London, Saturday night at about 8:30 pm. Was nice to finally get some sleep. Was up at 6:30 Sunday morning ready to hit the streets for sightseeing. And I want to make sure I'm awake for the concert!!!
Fill you all in on the concert details as soon as I can.
