Hope you all arrived well with no hassles in Hamburg. Had time for a quick together? If not, maybe tomorrow when you've had a good nights sleep, which again is probably most unlikely. ;D Be careful don't guzzle down to many pints, we need you sober, in less than 24 hours, Yusuf will be taking you to the moon and stars, and we need you back alert with the full report. @jane, counting on you to keep everyone in order over there. ;D Just joking, I'm sure everyone will be on there best behaviour. Good luck with the autographs, and maybe a pic with Yusuf and company. Goodnight, and have gooday!!!!

@sabina, that's what Majicat is all about. Welll there's no point to sit at home and moan is there? ;D Have to make the best of every situation. It's the next best thing than to actually being there. The response after a concert is always amazing, and I'm soooo excited for everyone. Your time is coming Sabina, Berlin is waiting for you, Yusuf is waiting, you will be just fine. Just in case though, I will tell Christina to have the smelling salts handy, not that I'm suggesting anything will happen, but just in case. ;D Regi might be in need of them too. I can just see her now, she will be shaking like a leaf when Yusuf starts the first cords..... "He was the King of trees ....la lal lala..... ;D ...... Luv you all too Happy travels and happy concerting!!!!

Approx 3 hours to go, greek time that is. Wonder what our friends are up to. Having lunch, coffee, loading their cameras, getting themselves in that Yusuf concert mode. Pulse rate increasing, hands sweating, feeling a little faint, jet lag, deprived of sleep, maybe just feeling a little overwhelmed with the thought of the expected song list? Now girls just relax, take in a deep breath, and let it out, once more, hold it...... now let it out, repeat a few more times ;D There, bet you're feeling much better already. Remember to do this, and you'll be just fine. Jane, no smelling salts needed ;D

:)Hmmm reckon it will be each man to his/her own once Yusuf sets foot on stage!!!.....NO-ONE is going to notice if one of us swoons...so I am taking some clothes pegs to peg on in lieu of pinching myself into conciousness........oh my you guys are NOT good at steadying nerves!!!!!!LOL some kind of sweet revenge?........ All the best Hamburg-ers!!!!xxxxxx

"Yusuf Islams große Rückkehr nach Deutschland (Hamburger Abendblatt Hamburg)" www.abendblatt.de/kultur-live/article1885054/Cat-Stevens-ist-zurueck-auf-Deutschlands-Buehnen.html- this article was written and published cca 1,5 hour before concert has finished, and I think that photo section is from the rehersal, not from the concert... strange. And author also said that cca 6000 people were there, so it will mean that O2 was more than half empty with capacity of 16000 (wikipedia)... probably it was a mistake??

Sorry - had trouble logging in last night from the hotel.
Show was faster moving tonight - less chatting between numbers. About the same set list as Stockholm, but he added 'Maybe I'm Right" (playing piano) midway through the second set. Also - there was a second encore - "All Kinds of Roses".
With that - first set was under 50 minutes tonight - about 70 minutes or so with encores for the second (for those of you who have to catch trains in the following shows).
Came out wearing the Roadsinger trenchcoat at the beginning. Same hat for first two songs of the second set.
No one has mentioned Boots And Sand - he leaves the stage for that song while the video plays on the screens. The band plays live while his vocals are recorded.
Also - the van is now in Germany.

The upper level was closed and people who had bought tix up there got an upgrade to the lower level.

HERE I HAVE A ASKING OF SILVIA OUT OF HAMBURG . can you post in majicat that the people that come to the concert shal video their journey, just short moments of how they get to the concert and like whatever they expierience, but only short sequences, not long storys so it eventually can be made into a little video. vidoe films , even from the mobile, very privat experiences, films and not pictures . . .they need not too be good quality or so . . just like a very brief diary . speak soon.
