"Wild World" played in the infusion room this morning during Mike's chemo. Brought a smile to my face!

I want to get a copy as well ! x they played it last year at Bryant Park's Monday Movie .. I loved watching in in the park sitting on the grass with cheese and grapes on this 80 ft screen and when 'Cats' name came up people applauded so much it was so magnificent to see all the young people knowing it and him . and when the movie was over everyone assembled their belongings and we all starting singing 'If you want to sing out , sing out" lol.. it was great to see younger people singing all diff groups were doing it as I was walking outof park ... .. a moment I wont surely forget!

Note the intro .. The band of David Letterman show plays the melody of ' Here comes my baby' on an interview with J.Aniston from last year ...

I was taking a nap yesterday afternoon. The kids had once again left the TV on and gone someplace else . . . so from back in my bedroom, half-asleep, I heard "The First Cut is the Deepest" coming from the TV. Woke me right up so I had to go see what was on TV. It was a movie called "The Heartbreak Kid" with Ben Stiller. Never seen it, but hearing the song kind of randomly like that made me smile.

I was channel surfing today and landed on a show called "Don't forget the Lyrics" (which I normally wouldn't watch), and the lady contestant chose "Another Saturday Night" by Sam Cooke as her song to sing. Needless to say she botched it, but not me.....I knew every word. Wonder why?? :-)

I found the prove of the existence of a cat video not many people have yet seen, it's a Lady darbanville in black white, there is a part of it it in the beginning of this interview
IF ANYBODY KNOW'S WHERE THE FULL VERSION IS PLEASE TELL ME, AND I PUT IT IN THE CAT STEVENS ARCHIVE.

I don;t recall seeing this one before either. His hair looks amazing in that video - no wonder Yusuf said he missed the curls. His voice is drowned out by the french interpreter

I wonder - does he speak French so he can understand the guy, or is there an interpreter speaking through that earpiece he's wearing? It must be very difficult to do interviews like that.
But maybe that's just par for the course when you're European - I suppose Americans like me are just pretty ignorant when it comes to dealing with other languages/cultures on a regular basis. I took Spanish for 3 years in school but I don't remember enough to even ask directions.

I think if he could speak French, he would have answered in French... BTW... I took French for 4 years in school and I still hate this language... in my ears French sounds quite horrible I've always wondered whether he speaks Greek. In Rubylove he is singing some greek passages... but can he also speak and understand

I wonder - does he speak French so he can understand the guy, or is there an interpreter speaking through that earpiece he's wearing? It must be very difficult to do interviews like that. They do that all the time in France and here in Québec with no problems at all. Earpiece and interpreter I mean.
